Unique locations for you for the ultimate treat
All of the restaurants at our gourmet hotel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm offer pleasure at the highest level - whether at the award-winning Arte Vinum restaurant (awarded 2 toques) or tasty treats on the Wolf Terrace. We welcome our guests with top class service in a charming ambience.
Even the water is healthy and special at the Alpine Palace. It is sourced from our unique Wolfsquelle spring and reinvigorated using the Grander Water process.
We prepare our coffee and tea using Grander Water and our kitchens too only use Grander Water. And by the way, the water from your bathroom tap is also top quality Grander Water.
In the classic elegant ambience of our main restaurant, you can enjoy the very best of the Alpine Palace’s cuisine all day long from typical Austrian treats to international dishes.
Gault Millau awards have been handed out for the last 10 years and the Arte Vinum in Saalbach Hinterglemm is again one of the restaurants to have been awarded 2 toques.
Gourmet dining in a stylish ambience. From Austrian specialities to international dishes, accompanied by selected wines and served with great care.
Originally it was… a ski school! Founded in 1950 by Heribert and Marion Wolf. At our ‘Ski Museum’ restaurant you can really feel the history of the building from its ski school past to its current role as a 5 stars superior hotel, all within a unique ambience decorated with original Alpine sports relics and images from the building’s founding period.
This unique and traditional restaurant invites guests to embrace a sophisticated culinary experience. Take a seat in the lounge and enjoy being pampered with local and international specialities in a cosy ambience. A feast for the eyes is conjured up as the chef shows off his skills to guests over the open fireplace. The desserts here are refined and wine connoisseurs can enjoy the perfect drop of wine from the wine list to suit each course!
You can enjoy à la carte dining at midday with views of the magnificent nature of the Reiterkogel. And in the afternoon, you can rest after a walk or stroll with a good cup of coffee or a glass of tea served with a delicious tray bake cake, just like grandma used to make!
